Bragging About Austin

Austin got the Perfect Attendance Award. We all know that this isnt always easy to accomplish with our kiddos. But so far he's made it through the whole year without being sick on a school day. Yep, my kids save it all for family vacations and on weekends that we have plans lol. But we are proud that he has gotten this award twice this year. And he's very excited about getting awards too!

perfect attendance is a *big* deal.
when i was in grade school (DOD school on base in SC) the perfect attendance award was the biggest deal on awards day. it was very coveted and i got it 2 times!
unfortunately my habits didn't last through college!
